Protecting marine lives is a big challenge as the problem of ocean pollution becomes more and more serious in current society. The two artists (Pd Zhang and Jackie Wen) consider the act of captiving animals and displaying them for commercial purpose is provocative, in regards to ensure ecological balance. As a result, Float Ⅱ is created to show the beauty of ocean and enlighten people to be aware of protecting ocean and marine lives.

Artists presents their concept with a group of 'jellyfish' as the main role of the interactive installation. When audience walk through the space and get close to the 'jellyfish', the 'jellyfish' will go and down and change colour. Pd and Jackie hope the design can provoke people to explore the distance between human and marine lives. With the interaction between human and 'jellyfish', step after step, people will immerse into the beauty of changing ocean.
